The Marine Cadet Scholarship Program is a three-year, fully funded training opportunity for young Guyanese to become internationally certified Marine Officers. Developed by El Dorado Offshore, Noble Corporation, and MATPAL Marine Institute, the program blends classroom learning with offshore experience, backed by mentorship and industry-standard discipline.
